Finally, decide with the employer between a port-of-entry request and Form I-129, and keep the file in the order an officer will read it: passport, letter, degree, evaluation, resume. The first review normally produces a document list keyed to a factual question, not a generic stack of papers: citizenship, professional qualification, job duties, pay, supervision, and temporary purpose.
A transcript settles course of study; a licence record settles authorization where practice is regulated; a signed letter settles the proposed engagement.
