Keep both versions and ask the employer to explain the actual change. A title retained for payroll does not establish that the immigration analysis is unchanged.

Identify the date, author and reason for the revision, and distinguish tasks added, removed or redistributed. Provide the current job description with the offer. Do not ask a translator or preparer to harmonize conflicting documents by removing substantive differences. If the change is still proposed, label it accordingly instead of treating it as an implemented role.
Put the employer letter at the front of the file because it connects the person, profession, duties, pay, duration, and temporary employment relationship. Follow it with the passport and the particular degree, transcript, licence, or experience evidence required for the selected occupation. The first review often produces a short correction list: inconsistent job dates, an unsigned letter, or a credential whose field is not explained. Hypothetical example: an industrial ergonomics specialist has a degree under a former surname and a résumé under a current surname. Keep both identity records, the name-change evidence, and the academic documents together; do not alter the diploma. If a document is not in English, use a complete certified translation where the chosen procedure requires one. The useful decision is whether the file can be read in one pass without guessing why names, dates, or duties differ.
