Where an entity is owned by more than one person, show the percentages and any voting agreements, because control can rest on voting rights rather than a bare majority. Add the articles of incorporation and the most recent annual filings for each entity. If any record is in French, provide a certified English translation. The relationship must exist at filing and continue while the manager works in the United States, so keep these records current.

Then add dated payroll, tax, leave, and supervisor records proving the qualifying foreign role. A first review often produces a missing-document list rather than a filing-ready package; for example, a chart may reveal an intermediate holding company with no supporting register. Obtain that record before filing rather than relying on an explanatory paragraph.
