Use confirmed dates for dependent commitments
Track document requests, official notices and travel goals separately. Ask which steps can proceed and which depend on the missing record. Review age or marital-status changes where relevant. A school place, flight reservation or payment does not cure missing eligibility evidence or guarantee that all family members can travel together. Use issued documents and written official notices to set travel dates. Keep leases, school enrollment, and moving contracts conditional where possible until the people who must travel have their own required records and lawful status steps resolved.
